The Role
As a Banking and Finance Lawyer, you will be involved in a broad range of domestic and international finance matters. This includes advising on lending transactions, project finance, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on banking and finance transactions, including syndicated loans and structured finance

  • Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation, and intercreditor arrangements

  • Conducting legal due diligence and risk assessments

  • Supporting cross-border transactions and liaising with international counsel

  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate

  • 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance law

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial transactions and legal frameworks

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines

  • Experience working with international clients and cross-border deals
